The PNSC-2 is a single reverse notch sealer to be used with high tensile steel strapping. It is fitted with a duck bill nose, in order to push the seal, a feed wheel to pull the tension and wide jaws in order to notch the seal in a full combination action.

Due to its control system, the strap easily slides out after each strapping cycle. While maintaining a careful distance from the tool, the strap should be threaded through the seal and the strap is then wrapped around the load. Then pull the opposite end back through the seal over the top of the original strap. Holding the tool in one hand and the strap in the other, use the lever to lift the foot and slide the strapping in. The button is then pressed to start tensioning. Once the level is reached it is automatically shut off. Then the sealing button is pressed and the tool stops the sealing process. Cut the strap with the tool and then release.
