The A461 is a sealer that is high tensile and well known for its up cut double notch joint. Workers prefer this tool as it is light weight and can be operated single handedly. The sealer works very smoothly and with just a stroke applies the seal securely. It is also fitted with a safety mechanism that prevents defective seal joints due to a wrong execution by an operator.

The A461 is a great tool to be used in combination with the A452. They are especially useful in industries like timber, metal beams and pipes as they have a long diameter but a small surface area. There are several tools of Fromm that are very good for strapping large and hard to strap application.

The A461 is available with a suspension bracket and spring loaded balancer which is recommended due to the weight of the tool and the application that it would be strapping.
Many experts are of the opinion that the combination tool A483, also from Fromm, would be the ideal option. This tool is an all-in-one tool with a tensioner, sealer and cutter and the job would get done at the press of button. Instead of keep three different tools and taking care of them is not cost effective and instead they could use the A483 which is far more efficient and cost effective.
